As an Energy Doctor, Julia works closely with the Energy Efficiency team at the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA) on the Isle of Man. Their shared mission is to enhance the energy efficiency of homes by conducting thorough inspections, offering practical recommendations, and implementing measures to optimise energy consumption.
Julia brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the partnership with a master's degree in real estate and over 15 years in the property industry. She is also a trained On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor with Elmhurst Energy. Furthermore, she is an ESOS Lead Assessor, undertaking significant work in the UK.
